At Jasper Marine, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.
Made-to-Order Products
All Jasper Marine merchandise is made to order once your purchase is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wide range of items.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item or design)
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help resolve the issue quickly, include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit:
Please first check with your local carrier.
If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if appropriate, send a replacement.
Exchanges
Because items are printed specifically for each order, we do not offer exchanges for size or style changes.
If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the sizing charts on each product page before purchasing.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
The product arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item was shipped
The order was lost in transit and cannot be recovered
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Jasper Marine merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party print provider. While we oversee quality and customer experience, fulfillment, printing, and shipping are handled by our production partner.
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a little longer to deliver.
